Product Descriptions and Pricing
We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.
All the products on the website are priced in Euro. When you pay this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When you purchase products with debit or credit cards based on another currency, the exchange rates will be set by the card issuer. Please note that these rates fluctuate on a daily basis. For further information, the cardholder should contact the card issuer, as exchange rates are not calculated by Regale Biscuit Company. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Ordering Goods
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is ready for despatch we will advise you by email. If we have any queries on your order we will contact you via the phone number provided, or failing that we will follow up with an email.
All products are subject to availability. The inclusion of a product on the website is an invitation for you to purchase, and not an offer to sell that product to you. An offer is made when you place the order.
If any items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or if the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our message, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation. If you would like to cancel your order please see below.
To cancel your order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to process orders immediately, so we may not be able prevent an order from being despatched. If your order has already been despatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item we will refund the purchase price for that item, together with the item’s shipping charge if applicable.
Goods damaged in transit
If your goods are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately.
Cooling off period
If you live in the European Union you have a right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within a “cooling-off” period of seven working days starting on the day after the day on which the item is delivered to you. However, this right does not apply to perishable items or those with a broken seal.
Sales to Minors
We sell items only to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or over). If you are under 18, you may use this website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
